cph-interim is a division of cph consulting www.cphconsulting.co.uk – a leading RPO provider for SME’s, specialising in providing an in-sourced direct recruitment solutions for companies that are hiring up to 250 new employees per annum.

Our interim service offering has been developed for larger corporates and public sector organisations to either augment their own internal recruitment/talent acquisition team, or to support them in creating an in-house direct recruiting capability.

The service represents a totally flexible solution which enables a client to continue to operate a direct recruitment model, or to move towards direct sourcing removing the need to use agencies.
